This city owned property is home to many Parks & Recreation Department programs and events such as the Reach the Peak Obstacle Course Race, annual Easter Egg Hunt and the Wilderness Survival Shelter Building Class.
 
The Arrowhead Recreation Club oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility and also all winter-fest activities and events such as the cardboard sled race, mother-son tubing and the teal-lantern breakfast.
