General Contractors are invited to bid on alterations to the former Claremont National Bank, located at 56 Opera House Square, Claremont, New Hampshire.  This project is funded, in part, through New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority, under the provisions of, and subject to, the Community Development Block Grant requirements under Title I of the U.S. Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended.  

All qualified bidders will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, or familiar status.  Women and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids.  This is an equal opportunity/affirmative action agency.
