RFP for Parking Garage-Sealcoating

The City of Claremont is seeking proposals for sealcoating the TOP floor of the parking garage located @ 44 Main Street.  The parking garage is a three-story precast concrete structure that opened in 2010.  The top floor measures 25,700 sf +/-. The scope of the project includes sealcoating only the top floor of the structure (see photo of parking garage). Project to be completed by October 1, 2021.

Proposals can be delivered or mailed in, and must be received by the CITY by no later than 10:00 AM – EST on Tuesday, July 6, 2021.  Proposals received after this deadline will not be eligible for consideration.
