Procurement Opportunities (Bids)

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - GENERAL FACILITIES MAINTENANCE

The City of Claremont is rebidding the general and winter maintenance of the Sawtooth Parking Garage area, the Santagate Bridge, various steps and ramps on Water Street, front and side walkways of the Fiske Free Library, Visitor Center areas, and areas surrounding city public rights-of-way. Please see attached color coded map of areas.

Bids must be submitted to the Office of the City Manager, 58 Opera House Square, Claremont, NH 03743, no later than Tuesday April 13, 2021 at 10:00 AM, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Please mark “General Facilities Maintenance” on the outside of the sealed envelope.

Submission Deadline: April 13, 2021
