The Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Washington Street project proposes to improve air quality, reduce congestion, and increase traffic safety by installing a traffic signal optimization system along the Washington Street Corridor that maximizes efficient traffic flow. The public is invited to attend a presentation of the Alternatives Analysis and selected Proposed Action for this project.
