Notice: Updated Municipal Inspection Fee Schedule

The City of Claremont will implement a revised municipal inspection fee schedule effective January 1, 2026. This update ensures that inspection fees more accurately reflect the actual costs of providing these important services.

Adjusting the fee schedule helps maintain the sustainability and efficiency of the City’s inspection programs, supports compliance with local regulations, and ensures fairness by having those who benefit from the services contribute appropriately. The updated fees will also allow the City to reinvest in staffing, technology, and resources, enhancing the quality and reliability of services for the community.
