RFP for 2022 Model Year or Newer Pick-Up Truck for Public Works-Water Dept

The City of Claremont’s Department of Public Works is soliciting formal proposals for the purchase of one (1) 2022 model year or newer 1 ton, 4x4, unleaded gas, pick-up truck with a 4-door crew cab, and a short bed.

*******Added alternative to same package equipped with extended cab configuration, with 6 foot truck bed*******

Proposals will be accepted at the Office of the City Manager, 58 Opera House Square, Claremont, NH 03743, on Tuesday, February 21st, 2023 @ 10:00 AM – at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.  Please mark “RFP – DPW Pickup” on the outside of the sealed envelope.

Persons submitting proposals should note on the bid sheet any deviations from the specifications.  Persons submitting should also note any options that in their opinion would be mission critical for its use in a municipal public works department.  Any recommended options should be priced separately.

The City of Claremont reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal to be in the City’s best interest.
