RFP for 2022 Model Year or Newer WWTP Tractor

The City of Claremont’s Department of Public Works is soliciting formal proposals for the purchase of one (1) New 2022 model year or newer agricultural tractor.

The City is requesting specification sheets with submittal of proposal and any literature that can be provided to use.

Proposals will be accepted at the Office of the City Manager, 58 Opera House Square, Claremont, NH 03743, on Wednesday, February 1st, 2023 @ 10:00 AM – at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.  Please mark “DPW-Wastewater Treatment Plant Tractor” on the outside of the sealed envelope.

Persons submitting proposals should note on the bid sheet any deviations from the specifications.  Persons submitting should also note any options that in their opinion would be mission critical for its use in a municipal public works department.  Any recommended options should be priced separately.

The City of Claremont reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal that is in the City’s best interest.
