Request for Environmental Engineer Qualifications for CDBG Project

REQUEST FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER QUALIFICATIONS
FOR CDBG PROJECT
CLAREMONT, NEW HAMPSHIRE

The City of Claremont, NH requests Environmental Engineer Qualifications from qualified firms for Community Development Block Grant projects for Environmental Review Record (ERR) documents.  The documents to include a Phase I Environmental Assessment in accordance with ASTM E 1527-13, including a vapor encroachment survey, on each property and CDBG Environmental Statutory Checklist and Environmental Assessment Checklist (if applicable).  All documents to include appropriate supporting documentation. The property is a shelter at 45 Central St, Claremont.

The project is funded through a Community Development Block Grant from the Community Development Finance Authority under the provisions of, and subject to the requirements, of Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended.
