REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

RFQ- CDA Part Time Bookkeeper

Part Time Bookkeeper

for the Claremont Development Authority

 

Seeking part time Bookkeeper for approximately 10 hours per month.  Must be proficient with QuickBooks Desktop 2024 or QuickBooks Online and have a minimum of two years general accounting experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain company financials, including bank reconciliations, month end, and cash flow
  • A/R including invoicing, aging reports, post deposits
  • A/P including research and resolve accounts payable issues with vendors
  • Prepare Company QuickBooks accounts for City’s Auditor

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks Desktop 2024 or QuickBooks Online
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of administering loans and revolving loan funds
