Belding Street and Freedom Street Project

United Construction will be performing updates to the water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure, along with new pavement and sidewalks, starting Tuesday, September 8th, 2026. Work will take place from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The project is expected to be completed before winter, weather permitting. Belding Street and Freedom Street will be closed to thru traffic; however, residents will still have access to their properties.
