Claremont Middle School Industrial Arts Department Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Funded by a STEM grant program created by the Red River Charitable Foundation and the Boston Bruins Foundation, Claremont Middle School’s STEAM! LAB celebrated the debut of its Industrial Arts Department with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Wednesday, December 1, 2021.

Speakers at this special event included Principal Frank Romeo, Superintendent Michael Tempesta, Mayor Charlene Lovett, Michelle Cota on behalf of Senator Jeanne Shaheen, Bob Sweeney, Executive Director of the Boston Bruins Foundation and Dan McGee, Chief Operating Officer at Red River.

Following the Ribbon Cutting by Bob Sweeney and Dan McGee, guests were invited to tour the new facilities and visit with students as they worked in the STEAM! LAB.
