PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
For a meeting of the
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
To be held on
Monday at December 6th 2021 at 7:00pm    
Council Chambers, City Hall
Claremont NH

The public is hereby notified that the Zoning Board will be holding a public hearing at this meeting to consider the following applications:

A.    (ZO-2021-00011) Ray Parker, 408 Sullivan St.- Application for a special exception to permit a night watchmen dwelling unit at 408 Sullivan St. Tax map 117 Lot #13.  Zoning district I1.  
B.    (ZO 2021-00012) New Hampshire Signs, Auburn, NH – Application for a variance from Sec. 22-600 of the Claremont Zoning Ordinance to permit a variable display sign at 114 Pleasant St. Tax map 132, Lot #1.  Zoning district, MU.  
C.    (ZO 2021-00013) New Hampshire Signs, Auburn, NH- Application for a variance from Sec. 22-601 of the Claremont Zoning Ordinance to permit a variable display sign at 114 Pleasant St. Tax map 132, Lot#1.  Zoning district, MU.
D.    (ZO 2021-00014) New Hampshire Signs, Auburn, NH- Application for a variance from Sec. 22-604(6) to permit 58 S.F. of free-standing signage at 114 Pleasant St. Tax map 132, Lot#1.  Zoning district, MU.  
E.    (ZO 2021-00015) New Hampshire Signs, Auburn, NH- Application for a variance from Sec. 22-605 to permit increasing the nonconformance of a nonconforming sign at 114 Pleasant St. Tax map 132, Lot#1.  Zoning district, MU.

Interested persons may review the applications at the Planning and Development Department at 14 North Street during normal business hours.

Comments may be made at the public hearing; submitted in writing to the Zoning Board of Adjustment at 14 North Street, Claremont NH 03743, or by email to cityplanner@claremontnh.com.
