Public Works -- Mechanic (Waste Water)
The City of Claremont has a full time position for an equipment mechanic. This position requires ability to do preventative maintenance, diagnoses problems and make necessary repairs to all City equipment (large and small/both fixed and rolling stock), as required. Highly skilled welding and fabrication duties are required at multiple levels, changing of heavy equipment tires, track repairs, electric generator servicing, hydraulic repairs, snow plow repairs, pumps, motors, breaks systems (both mechanical and air), New Hampshire vehicle inspections, etc. Other duties will be assigned on a daily basis. The job will also require the successful applicant to do everyday activities within the Waste Water Division including pump station maintenance.
Personal Mechanics tools are required for this position, ability to work by one-self in a safe and efficient manner, while under the general direction of the shop foreman.

Savings Bank Community Center (CSBCC) has an immediate opening for a Head Swim
Coach for the Claremont Tiger Sharks to take our program to the next
level. Our new Community Center is home to an 8-lane, 25-yard pool with
an additional warm water therapy/lesson pool. We are looking for a
passionate coach who is ready to lead our growing program. Job
responsibilities include, but are not limited to: roster management, running
practice for workout groups, writing practices, developing training plans and
goals, attending coaches’ meetings, communicating with parents/conduct parent
meetings, some basic facility management/aquatics responsibilities, and working
with professional staff as needed to develop additional programming or revenue
