The Claremont Municipal Airport (CNH) is seeking to retain the services of a consultant, experienced in the practice of airport planning and engineering advisory services in the state of New Hampshire as its multi-year Airport Consultant.

The Claremont Municipal Airport must receive qualification and experience statements no later than Monday, July 22, 2019 at 2:00 PM to be eligible for consideration. Statements shall be submitted in a single sealed envelope/package, clearly marked “Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services at the Claremont Municipal Airport.” Emailed or faxed submittals will be considered as unresponsive. Complete packages must be delivered to:

Submittals delivered after the deadline will not be considered. All questions shall be directed in writing to Bryan Burr (e-mail firechief@claremontnh.com) and must be received by 4:00 p.m. local time on July 15, 2019. All questions will be answered by 3:00 pm local time on July 16, 2019.

Development of the former Claremont Junior Sports League Building

The City of Claremont invites Statements of Interest from qualified buyers/developers for the purchase and renovation of a 17,574 square foot three level building on School Street in Claremont, NH.  Specifications are available in the Planning and Development office at 504-0340 or by email at newbiz@claremontnh.com.  The full bid packet is also available here.

Statements of interest and qualifications are to be received in a sealed envelope no later than Friday, June 14, 2019 by 2:00 p.m. at the City Manager’s office, 58 Opera House Square, Claremont, NH 03743 with purchase price offered in a separate sealed envelope. Statements must be clearly marked 45 School Street Building.  All responders are encouraged to meet with the Planning and Development staff and to visit the site.  The City of Claremont reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
