The Upper Valley-Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission is comprised of representatives from each of the member communities. The board is responsible for overseeing and administration of fiscal affairs for the UVLSRPC office.

Appointments: Appointed by the City Council after nomination by the Planning Board
RSA 36:46 - Representatives to a regional planning commission shall be nominated by the Planning Board of each municipality from the residents thereof and shall be appointed by the municipal officers of each municipality.
