The Claremont Planning Board is responsible for reviewing construction projects in the City of Claremont. Reviews are carried out under Site Plan and Subdivision Regulations. The Board is also responsible for Master Plan updates as well as land use regulations.
The Board meets in the City Council Chambers the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month both beginning at 7:00PM.
