- LOCAL CONCERNS MEETING
The Public is invited to attend a Local Concerns Meeting on Thursday May 23, 2013 at 6:00 PM at 14 North Street, Waypoint Visitor Center in Claremont, NH. The City’s consultant, Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB), and City staff will be presenting information on the proposed Intersection Improvement Project.
The intent of the meeting is to collect input from the public, municipal officials, regulatory and resource agencies, and abutting property owners on their concerns relative to the existing conditions at the North Street/ Main Street (Route 12/Route 103) intersection, including approach roadways. The project limits on North Street are from Grandview Street to Route 12. The project limits on Route 12 are approximately from the Lambert Building Supply store to a point just south of Bunnell’s Parts and Accessories store. A review of the existing site conditions, proposed improvements, and schedule will be followed by a question, answer and comment period.
