city center marketplace

Claremont's City Center Marketplace is the core of downtown Claremont. The City Center Marketplace offers residents and guests the opportunity to shop, dine, and find entertainment all while enjoying picturesque architecture and a walkable streetscape.

The City Center Marketplace is made up of a few large City streets; Opera House Square, Tremont Street, Main Street, Pleasant Street, and Broad Street; but great shopping and dining can be found tucked along side streets as well. The Marketplace is a mixed-used district, which allows building owners to accommodate restaurants, retail spaces, professional offices and apartments. All this makes for a lively downtown scene in a great New England setting.

On-street and off-street parking are available throughout the Marketplace. Residents and guests can also enjoy a relaxing moment in Broad Street Park, which is the site of the Claremont Farmer's Market on Thursday evenings.
